Vision: To create an inclusive learning environment built on high levels of care, nurture and support. Where every student feels valued, confident and empowered to grow into successful adults. We want students to recognise their own potential focussing on what they CAN do rather than dwelling on what they can’t. This starts by understanding how they can take care of themselves through two essential aspects:

1= Physical well-being such as nails, lashes and beauty.

2 =Mental well- being such as positive reinforcement, healthy relationships, stress management and counselling.

We provide part-time support for students who are unable to cope or thrive in mainstream school.

Like children, plants need the right conditions to grow and make flowers. You can’t blame the plant for having a rough time; sometimes a big storm or frost was the problem, or there was too much water and not enough sun, or perhaps the soil didn’t have enough nutrients. Sometimes the season just isn’t right and the plant needs time to rest and heal.

At Rose education, we believe that every student deserves the chance to grow and develop at their own pace. With consistent care, nurture and adapting to the environment, you’ll see new branches, thicker stems, and tiny buds ready to bloom. Students that have had past hard times can bounce back and grow into beautiful flowers with strong fixed roots so they can continue to blossom and thrive in life.
